Privacy policy
This policy explains how SellAI processes data in the quiz, email communication, checkout, setup and customer support flow.
Data we process
We process email, page language, marketing consent, quiz score, quiz answers, source path, referrer, UTM parameters, payment status and data required to configure the service.
Purpose
We use the data to show and email the quiz result, add the contact to the mailing list, handle purchase, prepare setup, contact the customer and measure funnel performance.
Legal basis
Processing is based on marketing consent, pre-contract or contract performance, legitimate interest and legal obligations related to accounting.
Processors
Data may be shared with hosting, database, payment, email, analytics and technical support providers. Providers receive only the data needed for their function.
What we do not share
Email tools do not receive payment tokens, technical secrets, technical app identifiers or raw private conversations.
Retention
Quiz and marketing data is kept until consent withdrawal or up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless law requires longer retention for billing records.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of marketing consent.
Withdrawal
Consent can be withdrawn through the unsubscribe link or by replying to a SellAI operator message.
